Ms. A. Mary Hilda Rani

She is a qualified Geography graduate extended to 30 years. She has won the heartfelt appreciation of all in her teaching carrier. Deeply influenced by the involvement of SIMCODESS. She voluntarily consented to serve for the organisation. She was the vice president of SIMCODESS till 2019 and subsequently serves as the president of SIMCODESS. She extends her support in all possible ways for the various activities of the organisation.

Mr. P. Alexis Arockiaraja

He is a B.Sc Graduate. His services originated as a social worker in Kumbakonam Multipurpose Social Service Society. Since them he has been involving in social development sector giving top priority to marginalised sections. He has served as teacher and head master in high schools and won the appreciation of all concerned. Following his retirement from teaching professions, he served as board member of the organisation and got elected as vice president of SIMCODESS for 2024. He periodically visits the organisation apart from Board meetings and offers valuable suggestions.

Mr. Visuvasam Gnana Arokiam

He is the founder secretary of SIMCODESS. He is a post graduate. He started his carrier as social worker in Madurai Multipurpose Social Service Society (MMSSS) before founding SIMCODESS in 1990. He is a dynamic person in his carrier. He is well known to leading NGOs in Tamil Nadu enjoys good name for his continued services in the field. His growth to current status from a very humble beginning bears testimony to his commitment and zeal for the services of the poor. He has capacitated hundreds of farmers in climate resilient agriculture methods. He has rendered remarkable services to the emancipation of 1078 adolescent girls from the bended situation in Textile and cotton industries.

Mrs. Jincy Thomas

She is a MBA post graduate currently. Her services in the field of extension works relating to medication, relief services and welfare services have was deep appreciation from several sections of people. His association with SIMCODESS dates back to 2020 as a self-willing volunteer. She is the joint secretary of the organisation, contributing her valuable time and energy for the smooth and effective functionary of the organisation.

Mrs. S. Maria Shanthi

She is a undergraduate degree holder. She has served for 35 long years as social worker in Madurai Multipurpose Social Service Society (MMSSS) in various capacities like computer operator and accountant. She is known for his meticulous account keeping systems. Her close associations with development workers in MMSSS and other NGOs bear witness for her long standing services and commitment. She serves as the treasurer of SIMCODESS from 2024 and supports the organisation with valid contribution and suggestions.

Mr. Ravikumar

He is a diploma holder in civil engineering. He worked in mettur thermal plant for 35 long years and won the appreciation of all in the plant. Already from his young age, he has contributed his services for the betterment of his native place. On retirement from his occupation, he volunteered to support SIMCODESS with his contributions. Currently he is the board member of our organisation. His suggestions and views offer formidable support for implementing projects related to infrastructure development both for people and organisation.

Mrs. A. Chinnammal Rani

She is a B.Com.(CA) graduate qualification. She has rich experience in accounting documentation and computer operations. She has been in social worker for the past 10 years. Currently she serves as the board member of the organisation. Her services relating to book keeping, documentation and computer operation are commendable and solid. Her availability for the organisation activities deserve special mentioning amidst her household schedule.

Mr. A. Paul John Kennedy

He is a retired post graduate English teacher with M.Phil qualification. He has 32 years of teaching experience in higher secondary schools. He has to his credit a successful, teacher promoting thousands of poor and rural children getting quality education and good carrier opportunities. From 2025 her serves as the board member of SIMCODESS. His long to design development projects for children community and dropouts.

Mr. S. Karnal Savarimuthu

He is a MSW graduate with psychiatry specialisation. His full time occupation is social work on consultation basis to NGOs, hospitals old age and children homes. He also offers personal counselling to individuals affected by drug addiction and alcohol addiction. Currently he serves as the board member of SIMCODESS, contributing his valuable services and time for the benefit of affected persons and communities.
